This ongoing biennial online survey study is administered to UC students who utilize campus basic needs services across all 10 UC campuses. The first administration of this survey occurred in 2018.
Why is this study important?
The UC Systemwide Basic Needs Evaluation Survey Study aims to deepen understanding of the relationship between students’ use of basic needs resources and their levels of food and housing security, while also informing systemwide strategies to address basic needs insecurity in the UC system.
